Can anyone do speed test to only asia region?
If anyone has already purchased a LeaseWeb VPS (Singapore), could you kindly share your experience? I am particularly interested in feedback regarding CPU steal, as I’ve heard that it tends to be significantly higher with their plans. Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

I was considering their vps for professional use, but it doesn't look great.
I almost signed up for a 2-year contract.
Maybe OP is on busy node, and he did not ordered vps from us.
Looks like he bought from leaseweb directly and got vps on busy node.
And i think he didn't not ordered his vps recently, maybe old vps, he can confirm about it.
Today about 30 people bought Singapore vps,
If they can check and paste the result it will be helpful for other people here.
I also want to know the real perf of leaseweb VPS. It's too good for this speed and bandwidth in SG.

I bought from Leaseweb directly and not from you, correct. I have around 20 of those new EPYC VPS in 4 regions (Frankfurt, Washington, San Francisco, Singapore) and all have really bad steal. Ranging from 30-80% under load. Even when only using the CPU for like 2% it has steal values of 3-5%.
Edit: All my VPS have the same issue, it doesn't matter if ordered on launch day or some days ago. Even their public cloud has the issue, you can order a hourly VM and run a cpu test, you will see heavy steal. It's either a issue with their CloudStack platform or they simply oversell this completely.
I don't want to badmouth Leaseweb or your business as a reseller here, so please don't take me the wrong way, but this is something I have to say because no provider I tried out was so bad with CPU steal as the Leaseweb VPS/Cloud platform.

I was trying to work out whether leaseweb actually has a Fair Usage Policy as I couldn't see one. But actually, if you are allowed to "max out" you CPUs and you get 4 vCPUs then even with 75% steal it's still effectively 100% of 1 core in terms of performance. That doesn't seem terrible when a lot of providers might give you 6 vCPUs but start throwing the book at you if you're more than 25% of 1 core for over an hour.

You can ask leaseweb to move you to another node maybe.

yesterday when I tried make payment first time since this service do not have any stripe option for Mastercard and visa and PayPal do not have Russia and Belarus in the list I could not make payment and asked delete account but they refused to delete it so I repeat the tickets with same message,
without any bad words without saying anything rude or bad. Account was closed. But my family decide to try use Nepali number for PayPal payments and today morning we make new account and it works, but after an hour after payment only one automatic message came (wait for your order delivery),
after that I make an international call to India and admin told me he will cancel my order because he did not like I opened some tickets to ask close my account yesterday, this person can cancel your VPS or anything at any time when he will not like you say something or acting different from what he want,
I asked Rudra and ShaniDev for gods punishments for this person.
I also created a YouTube channel and record video on my iPhone about this vps provider just now.
This is not promoting of YouTube channel. It has been created only for making review on this Indian hosting,
that not let me use any service after payment and cancel my order because admin decision without any law accomplish.
I apologize, I feel very emotional , that was my dream of this server, and now it is lost.

They just said it was a load issue and refused to replace or do anything else!
how’s the speed on that 10Gbit shared port during busy times?
This is how we will do:
1. Once we see your vps is giving un-real performance, i mean real bad.
2. After your complain we will ask leaseweb to fix the issue.
3. But if after all try leaseweb doesn't fix the issue, then we will take matters on our hand and give you another vps which is working.
4. Before we give new vps we will check your current BW uses, if its less than 500GB only then we can replace it, if its above 500GB, eg: 1Tb then we will not replace it, because we wont able to sell that vps to other client because other client will complain that vps is used and he did not get full BW for himself.
5. We will also do own testing by running yabs, if performance is below than 50% then we will consider about replacing, for example if geekbench score posted here for xx plan is 1000, and you getting 400 then its slow for sure.
But things to keep in mind:
1. Before ordering i request everyone to check yabs here posted by muliple users for multiple plans, then if you like those result then only order it.
2. You cant claim to give 100% performance because this is vps not a dedicated server.
3. Geekbench result posted here is 1000 for xyz plan, and your score giving 800, then we will not consider it bad. but if its like 400 then its below 50% means clearly bad.
4. You have to give us some time to fix issue, we will make ticket with leaseweb ask them to fix it, they may take time, you should not expect instant replacement or instant fix within few hours, it can take upto 24 hours - 48 hours ( working day ) since we are also dependent on leaseweb.
5. I am your best middle man, we will try to give you best service as possible.
Your vps has only 1 core, and current leaseweb vps has 4 cores in starting plan.
