anyone seeing issues with datawagon? i cannot log into the panel, resetting the password also fails, and sending email to support@bounces back. My vps servers are all online and i can get to them and i do have backups..just curious if anyone else is having issues?

yeppers...that's what i got..i ahd to find the old panel link..the new one just came back p a second ago...:)

There was no service outage.
The control panel should be fixed now. We have identified the cause of a bug which rendered the panel unusable for some clients, and are working on pushing a solution.
No services were affected aside from the control panel.
@DataWagon yes i am facing the same issue with login. unable to log in my console. with same "unknown error occurred" message.

Our WHMCS instance had an issue that rendered the control panel inaccessible for certain clients. Our support team can always be reached via email at [email protected]. This was fixed as of this morning.
@DataWagon are all the New York servers down i am not able to access them. It is still down outside the maintenance time frame given on email.
All New York servers are not down. Send a ticket please and someone can check on your issue. LowEndTalk threads are not a support channel.
