    Listen, I'm not happy at all. I purchased a VPS from you guys, and the actual server performance is nowhere near what your Looking Glass (LG) website showed during the test! This is completely unacceptable. The results I'm getting are drastically different - it's practically a bait-and-switch situation! I have to say, it looks like you're engaging in fraudulent activity here.

    I need a legitimate explanation for this discrepancy, and I need it NOW. I already submitted a support ticket (#JSW-957235), but you have been silent. What is going on? Where is the response? Ignoring paying customers is not good business. I expect a prompt and honest answer. Seriously reconsider your business practices.
