    This screams SPAM.

    If you want providers to take you seriously, list down your requirements, such as CPU, RAM, Storage, location, and most importantly the mailing reason.

    Reason: Email Marketing - cold outreach on existing email database. Previously we are using ses for outreach but we got restricted multiple times due to bounce rate because some of the emails are not existing.

    I got restricted a few times. I raised tickets then got released but I'm not using SES anymore due to the 10% bounce rate threshold except for transactional emails in my SaaS projects.
