I'm sure I pissed off a good chunk with the Yearly changes (even though it was a significant upgrade for anyone contacting us that wasn't littered with abuse/issues). Just needed the time to better organize, dial-in, and continue upgrading outdated legacy units for existing customers. I felt like we were risking veering into the "adding new customers before taking care of the ones we had" territory too deeply and I felt disgusted by that. New work was adding on faster than we could reasonably keep up between existing tasks, needed tasks, repair tasks, and new orders/tasks.
I've got some stuff planned that is specific for LET with some updated rules/processes to avoid the plague of resellers/scalpers/snipers that led to way too much admin work and not delivering specials to genuine customers/community members that we intended to get the services.

Dropped Hetzner as I no longer use due to bandwidth changes and added GreenCloud due to very fast support.

@angstrom I really hope you're using a bot to vet all these members because if you're doing it all manually, I'd honestly feel bad seeing how much effort you're putting in. It must be exhausting.
No bot, unfortunately, but the truth is that I just do spot checks, so I'm sure that I've missed a few
It actually surprised me that there was a whole bunch of invalid votes during the past hours
I always naively imagine that if user A sees that user B has submitted an invalid vote, then user A will double-check to see whether they (= user A) qualify to vote before they vote, but it always surprises me how many users just don't care don't bother to do this
I found it amusing that geryson911 ( https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/4277531/#Comment_4277531 ) literally copied and pasted CycloneJoker 's vote ( https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/4277529/#Comment_4277529 ), both invalid, not surprisingly

One would have hoped that in over the last decade vanilla would have integrated the fine tuned settings for a specific thread allowing and disallowing members to comment based on a specific criteria, instead of you having to do the manual work. But thank you for your hard work because of you I won a lot of goodies last year
after all the spam comments were disregarded
In your defense, this used to be the case, where users would vet other users.
Now it's kinda like the wild west around here.
Indeed, Vanilla isn't sophisticated in this respect
By the way, I'm pretty sure that @FAT32 , who has access to the database, queries the database for the criteria and then removes from the final list those users who don't qualify to vote
I see my role as more pedagogical -- to remind users that we take the requirements seriously and that they should, too
