However, I personally wouldn't trust calin & his companions to watch my bike while I take a dump, let alone to give 'em any of my data.
It is very hard to trust a country with a corrupted government that even cancelled the active democratic election of its population. However this does not mean we can judge all humans there based how bad is the country's government, whether is is @host_c or someone else.
You asked for a provider, I remembered one which had an offer. In my opinion everybody deserves the benefit of a doubt, until something bad happens as proof. So far there are extremely few professional large datacenters there, but that is exactly what drives things cheap, and it is exactly why some providers even allow DMCA content.
Meanwhile, it is your money. So your decision is likely the best one for you.
