I prefer them based in USA because Id like tech support that speaks English fluently in the event of an issue. If I have to translate the page to English and struggle to understand what I am trying to purchase, it probably wont be a good fit for me.
Please don't blindly recommend hosts that you have been with for 2 weeks. PLEASE

You are probably referring to @Astro 's EPYC 9474F VPS, I don't usually deal with these CPUs for normal customers, only for other companies (B2B), I offered a discounted Ryzen VPS to OP.
