This is clearly not a 2 vCore VDS.

@CLAWCLOUD — why the performance of VDS not in aligned with expected from 2 dedicated vCores?
Our vCPU refers to the logical cores enabled by hyper-threading, rather than the physical cores. In performance-intensive tasks such as benchmarking, hyper-threading does not result in a significant improvement in performance scores.
so does it mean VDS has 1 physical cpu core (== 2 vCores with HTs)?

I'll generously assume that CC just has some early config hiccup, because if that really is what you get as a 2 vCore VDS then thanks no!

I do not recommend VDS 2C4G due to poor GB6 performance.

$7 VPS is an extraordinary deal, but keep in mind, this is only for the first year. Starting second year, cost of that vps is going to be $36/year.
