    :smiley: lost patience and raised ticket. They fixed something and I was able to connect ssh but happiness lasted for like 5 minutes. Then got disconnected and again same authentication error! I hope for the best, someday I will be able to use it for more than 5 minutes.

    Tickets are the best way to get a response from our team. Regarding the disconnection issue, we have thoroughly tested it on our end and found no problems on our side.

    Quite frankly, this has been a wild 24-hour ride into the land of frustration.

    I’ve tried every trick in the book—multiple SSH clients, different networks, enabled every cipher and key type imaginable (even the ones that should’ve stayed in 2005), and still, nothing works. Your support team insists that I’m “not accepting keys.” Really? As an architect who wrangles servers daily, I can assure you: I know my keys—RSA, ED25519, DSA, even that one key on my keychain I don’t need anymore.

    Now, here’s where it gets worse: I told my friends I got a machine “on the cheap” from BaboonHosting, and guess what? They’re all laughing their heads off. “You paid money to a company named after a monkey?” they asked. And honestly… I’ve got nothing to defend myself with because, right now, even your servers are monkeying around with me.

    I request @BaboonHosting to process my refund so I can escape this jungle of chaos. No hard feelings—just let me swing to another branch.

    I'm not sure why our servers is monkeying around with you, because we have multiple active clients and we have not received any ticket like this. I made sure that your server is working fine and it was setup correctly but still looking into this to make sure this does not happen to any other customer as well...

    1. Your website is offline and not accessible
    2. The user panel hardly loads and barely works
    3. You can't manage you server from the panel, it just errors
    4. My server is offline and not responsive

    Are you going out of business or shutting down? What is the deal here?

    We don't suspend anyone after like 1TB or even at 3TB, It was previously just added in our post drafts, (just because of network abusers only)...
