    Also I can see ralf was ON FIRE yesterday. Hes working his way up those charts quickly. First time I come to see like 5+ new pages since my last visit in a bit? Ralf just cant stop riding the train. Now that he got his sweater the hype is strong with him

    Ha ha. We used to play a game in which we draw 5x5 lines on floor, and playing with sea shells. (4 shells) or with tamarind seeds. :D

    For this use case you'll need more memory, and if your VPS is RackNerd it is against TOS to use any public trackers. Actually it might even be against TOS (technically) to use private. VPN is always advised unless using a dedicated seedbox. The TOS should tell you what you need to know.

    thanks. Honestly seedboxes are VERY expensive, sadly... that's the problem.

    im guessing it has to do with some of the legal gray areas they have to operate in so trying to make up some of the costs/risks there

    Yeah, some providers will give you the boot even for torrenting legal things, like linux ISOs, the thing everyone memes about. It's not illegal, but the traffic appears the same, puts a lot of stress on the network/hardware, and some providers will just block all of it outright.

    When I sold my last Xeon I just shipped it in a paper envelope folded from a printer sheet, light and cheap. But for the Ryzen, I had to put it in cardboard box to save those pins.

    It wasn't official but I hyped up enough people in the thread to convince @dustinc to send me an older out of service Xeon. RackNerd is awesome.

    Runs my home server still!

    We were talking about this one the other day. 16GB ram is good.. They are losing some of their typical buyers though i think as price keeps rising. I used to get it as a cheap PC but now its getting into the realm of the small form pcs which put out much better specs
