    Promotion is still active!!!

    New option available:

    You can request to transfer your server to another location depending on the active promotion, your Full VPS can be migrated to another location at no cost (it will require an IP change) at the moment only 1 change is allowed via ticket.

    We will implement more options from the control panel without the need to send a ticket.

    • There are some restrictions in some promotional plans that do not apply to the mentioned option. :)

    We have offered the change to different active locations that we have. The migration is instantaneous with AMD RYZEN 9950X/ AMD EPYC 7742 nodes.

    People buy a specific location for specific reasons. Offering them locations across the ocean or even in another country is basically a scam.

    We are contacting customers who have purchased the service to offer them the possibility of changing their location.

    The month in which they purchased the service is being left active, we are not cutting days at any time.

    Purchases were not allowed in that location, nor were renewals, so we are not scamming anyone. That word is too strong to indicate it like that.

    In the case that they purchased for another billing cycle, the money will be refunded to their payment method.

    Rest assured that we are working on many new features and of course when we publish the location Spain will have the best network/ping for this we should remove that location for now and focus on the ones we have established.

    Rest assured that we are working on many new features and of course when we publish the location Spain will have the best network/ping for this we should remove that location for now and focus on the ones we have established.

    I'm not your customer but I'd be upset for you doing that. It was the first location to be out of stock. Nevertheless the service was running fine still, not many bothered about the network, yet, you brought new customers for a location that's now being forced to migrate.

    I've done many mistakes in my businesses as well, but I'd definitely try to get a location in Spain, or refund those who purchased it. It's all about the location.

    Word of advice. Just get a server in Spain and migrate your customers. No excuses. You had plenty of time to plan this location ahead, before posting these offers.
