I personally don't invest in crypto even though it's lucrative. India has some ambiguous laws regarding owning crypto, so, staying away for now. But, recently a major company in India did announce their coin - JioCoin. I am gonna keep a close watch on it, but, pretty sure the idea of privacy won't find a mention here, cause it will most prolly be centralised.
Well there is always USDT, which stays always at $1. And if you need a different coin to pay for something, you could always use an exchange.
