Hi,
My budget is 7 ~ 10 USD/month,
I'm looking for a solution to bypass mainland China's firewall.
My main usage is just for gaming, so not much bandwidth is needed, however lowest ping possible, as stable as possible especially during evening peak hours.
The nearest location to my city will be South Korea, so servers hosted by Kdatacenter, Gabia alike will be ideal.
