Oh, another suggestion for how to watch these shows...
For cdramas at least, they're often available in full on youtube. Usually not the latest shows, but there's a lot there.
For dramas from China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and even Thailand it seems, one of the best places to obtain content is https://viki.com/
You can watch a lot of things for free, with adverts every 9 minutes on most of the shows. Subscription for a year which removes all adverts for everything is $50.
It's getting close to Chinese/Lunar New Year, so they will almost certainly have their usual (roughly annually, but slightly not quite to try to nudge people into buying a normal subscription) sale which takes the price down by 30% to $35.
For a year's worth of content, it's great value even without the discount. It's dominated by kdramas, so if that's your thing it should be great, but there's a lot of Chinese drama there too.

Uh my current active projects:
We talked about minecraft a lot.. last night i wrote custom backscript that would send commands to the server to disable saving, do a backup, then re-enable saving. I like to use vanilla minecraft.. no mods.
After doing all that work myself and getting something working i found this project and switched over to it https://github.com/nicolaschan/minecraft-backup
Its much more feature complete than mine that i wrote up in an hour~. Seems to be working well. I run the script followed by an rsync to 3 different locations to make sure i dont lose the files.
Are you all done with the thing that involves the "screenshotting"? Dont want to say too much if thats whats in that cant tell about yet
