  Yay. My video took 9 hours to transcode with ffmpeg.
  I converted my video to VP9
  Original size: 1.1 GB
  New size: 240 MB
  I did limit ffmpeg to 25% of 1 vCPU. My vps has 6 vCPU.

  I am currently using Pocketbase for the backend, but I will probably recode with my own backend.
  Pocketbase is not scaleable.

  Yes, I will probably use Bunny.net for CDN. At the moment, I am storing my video's on a contabo vps, but I will most likely move to an object storage provider. I don't know which one, yet.

  Btw, just talked with my provider about fair use -- he says it's fine to use 100% for some time. Just not be using it 24/7.
