Need 2 USA VPS with Zero Spam Score IPs
I need 2 VPS, but my customer requires that the IP's spam score must be zero.
I have already purchased two VPS with zero spam IPs: one from Texas and one from Arizona (Linveo) and another from Detroit (Hostodo).
Now, I need VPS from different states with IPs that have a zero spam score. He checks the spam score on https://scamalytics.com/ip.

I just checked a bunch of our IPs at random and they all show:
Fraud Score: 0
I would look at @SmartHost they have a lot of locations.
When spam score is zero, it will be easier to have his spam penetrate spam filters.
Just open a ticket with us with the requirement do it is on record, and place automated orders, and then if any needs to be changed out we'll help you out. ;-)

I was going to suggest Ethernet server my Ip is clean too I’ve never had issues with mail.
Usually my yearly servers have a trashed IP. For example, my 4 colocrossing vps.

It is impossible to have a "spam score" of zero.. Scores are calculated on each email received, and can/will have different values on each email.
However a fraud score makes it easier to automate web-traffic.. Scraping or buying products..
Tell him anything is possible if he's willing to buy his own block.

Unless this is someone you've had as a customer for a long time chances are it's a spammer.
Be careful. Spammers always want good reputation IPs and always claim to be CAN-SPAM compliant.
Thank you for your advice, but my customer said that they want to run a freelancing account. Gigs rank quickly on low spam score IPs. Now I don't know whether IP matters in ranking or not.
Yes, exactly this! They claim it is for non mail related activities, but then we get a ticket saying "why is port 25 blocked??!!"

Yes, its open but strict action is taken against if VPS is found spamming.
According to the hostMayo, port 25 is open, but it is not important for my requirements because I am not using the VPS for email sending purposes.
