Which VPS vendor has the VPC (virtual private cloud) feature?

I need at least 3 servers and they need to be in the same private network. May I ask which VPS vendor has the feature? I asked RackNerd and they say they don't have it.

    @onidel supports creating VPC's within the same DC.

    And that's it, that's the only one I kinda know from here that supports it. And are awesome!
