Looking for VPS for mc server

Hello,
I have been using DartNode's VDS-4 ($6.23 base + $2.95 anti ddos) for about 2 months now and have had no problems with service, but the ping from Japan is a bit high because it is in Texas so I am looking for something a bit closer.

What I am looking for:
CPU: 4 vCPU, Least 2.3GHz
Ram: 8-12GB
Disk: 50GB SSD
Bandwidth: 1TB
DDoS Protection: Preferable, but not required.
Location: Prefer in Asia, but West Coast is also fine.
Budget: $10/mo

Advin Servers' Malaysia location looks good, but I am looking for more options.
If quality is good, I will use it for a long term.

    Despite the bad quality Contabo's Tokyo 16GB RAM server is $17.25/m. Not gonna get a super high performance CPU in Asia at the $1~/GB price.

    If latency from Johor, MY is good to Japan you should definitely grab the Advin plan.

    If you want something in Los Angeles, 97ms to Tokyo, send me a message and I probably can do something for you around your price (normal plans).

    Hey, the Tokyo servers probably have less steal. A little bit of tickrate loss in Minecraft won't kill anyone. :'(

    $55/year with 8tb bandwidth? Are you for real? Is it some ancient xeon?

    For some reason I get 190ms by routing through US, so this is not an option, but thanks.
