I don't have that and from what I see LG just shows ping times. I don't know what else it's supposed to do. You can do ping times on your own. I gave an ip to test. What am I missing here? When I only have one location it doesn't seem to make any sense to go through the work just to have a pretty interface.
My sense exactly. Don't know many providers that have it.
Seriously?
I have zero doubt that both of you have multiples more VPS experience than I do. I'm not too concerned about the connection between my current device's location and the VPS. Of course, it matters, too, but I -- thankfully -- take that for granted. Rather, I care more about the VPS's connection to third parties.
I have 20 years Masters in computer science
To that, you can now add my 20-second abridged explanation on the need for a looking glass.
Either make a purchase or look somewhere else. I've been a littlecreek customer for over 2years, believe me, they are the best for the price.
What's it to you? I never asked you. Not that you have the knowledge.
This seems too good to be true wtf? There is nothing sketchy on here? Are those ARM servers?. How you will be able to keep up with that small amount of money while offering a generous amount of resources that anyone could abuse? You are going to suspend people services without any prior notice?
Epyc Processors
The host machines have:
Dual AMD EPYC 7402
Dual AMD EPYC 7502
You get what you pay for, that goes for anything. If you plan to abuse these services, then leave now, it won't be tolerated. There's nothing sketchy here. Just a truly caring provider that works hard to deliver the best services of any other company.
Been offering similar plans HERE since 2020.
Ping.pe shows multiple locations around the world. Other sites do as well. But if you are really concerned about specific locations then sign up and test it. If its not good enough then get a refund.
If there is any abuse then yes you will get suspended without notice. That is true for every reliable host out there.
You appear to misinterpret my request and misunderstand the clear and important distinctions between ping and looking glass.

Double ram. Thanks.
Then please clear it up.
Well. I just bought one server to try it out. If it works well for me I may use it as my main server. The only thing I'm afraid of is what will happen if my server gets ddosed and all my bandwidth gets eaten? UDP ddos can't be filtered, the packets will still go trough the network interface, registering bandwidth.

By the way, is there a way to install another system with an ISO? I want to install other distro that is not listed.
[Submit a ticket,] you will have to upload your ISO for him to install.
@fijxu
What he means is that I will have to upload it for you. You need to give me a link if you don't already see it in the system. The ISOs are not in the Install area.
I see, I already installed the distro I wanted to don't worry. I have a question tho about something that annoys me a lot. I'm not sure if it's a problem with my ISP and it's connection to Cogent but my latency to the VPS is insanely high with packet loss.
I have 2 servers near where I live and those two servers are able to ping the VPS that I bought with an average of 128ms. Other ISPs are able to hit it with 150ms, but with my internet, I get a trash route to the VPS leading to high latency and packet loss (very annoying when working with SSH). There is something I can do here or I'm forced to use mosh?
I'll leave the traceroute here:
The one at the top is my ISP and the one bellow is my VPS, both on the same country and city.
Last time i check still not upgrade yet, pls recheck thank you
Where did you check? Did you check what you are paying for or check what you are actually getting?
The message I got back from Cogent:
That is why I ask people to check ping times before ordering.
I actually did that before buying, but it seems to be fixed, now I get stable 128ms from my network. I wonder if it was my ISP, my router or just Cogent. But that doesn't matter, thanks!
You can update the specs of the server now. I don't have anything running, just don't format it please lol
I know not how my 20-second abridged explanation on the need for a looking glass above escapes you, nor your own curiosity.
Welcome to our Looking Glass! A Looking Glass is a tool/utility intended for you to test latency and network speed from one location to another. This can be helpful in helping you decide which server location you want to host your services in. The general rule of thumb is, the lower latency to you (or to the majority of your audience), the better. Our looking glass supports ping, traceroute, and MTR. You may toggle between our datacenter locations below accordingly.
Oh sorry, LG not available here....try another provider.
Again, what's it to you? I didn't ask you. It's quite bizarre they way you hang out on this provider's post answering communication explicitly directed to LittleCreek, not you, as though you somehow work there and suck up to the provider like a pet seeking favour. Are you that lonely and purposeless?
I'm an advisor.
You're a lot more than an advisor.

Ty, just trying to be helpful. Long-time customer so I do know a few things. No hard feeling.
