Thank you to everyone sending offers, I'll be reaching out to discuss details.
We're basically being pushed away from our current provider now. Almost two weeks after payment for order and we still don't have any clue when we can expect our delivery, and what makes matters even worse is our rep (their CEO) seems to be AWOL after an SSD upgrade that seems to have taken our networking down (how???)
This isn't even the first, second, or third time an order got "delayed" - this is now a pattern of "sorry they delivered DOA" or "sorry they sent the wrong components" followed by gaslighting and justification instead of just fixing the issue.
rant over.
We can certainly provide this out of our Las Vegas, NV and Dallas, TX facility. We love setting up large infrastructures for our clients.
When you mention peering to Cloudflare, are you requesting that the provider has a direct connection to Cloudflare?
For storage, do you use a distributed storage architecture like MinIO? I understand that your main requirement is 960TB of nvme storage and about 3.2PB of hard disk storage over as many servers as may be needed?
We can certainly also meet the 40gbps nic requirement. Actually, in our network it would be 2 x 40gbps, as we provide dual nics on all of our servers, connected to two switches, for redundancy reasons.
We can also announce your IP numbers via multiple providers.
As some have mentioned before, we would most likely require at least 3 months of payment in advance; we can accept wire and crypto...
Will DM you.
Who is your current provider if you don't mind saying?
That's definitely frustrating to deal with, and definitely not typical from reputable providers.
Please tell us the current provider
It's RoyaleHosting.
For real? I thought they were very responsive.

We have several configs ready to go with these requirements, all servers requested are in stock.
Intel Dual Xeon GOLD 6138 @ 2.00 GHz (40 Cores/80 Threads)
👉 View Server Package
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (16 Cores/32 Threads)

Regarding this config:
Config B:
New Server Offering (Code Named: "Beast Mode")
1 x AMD 9654 EPYC (96 Cores/192 Threads)
Up to 24 NVMe Drives
Up to 1TB DDR5 ECC Mem
10/40/100G Network Port Available
We can get you into a EPYC Genoa platform, 24 x U.2/3 NVMe drives per chassis and up to 1TB of memory. We are typically deploying these with the AMD 9654 EPYC CPU. Its a new config we've yet to list on our site, but can build 10 of these no problem. Please feel free to open a ticket on our portal and we can provide a custom quote on these servers. No pre-payment period or setup fees required.
Let us know if we can help! Thanks
They are, I run quite a few systems with them. News flash: orders get delayed if you place them during the holidays. I've had some delayed shipments due to customs, or some of their hardware vendors fuck up, but they've more than made things right every time. As for DOA stuff, that's what happens when you buy used components, and that's especially what happens when you ship HDDs around. Sucks that they're leaving, I don't really think any other provider on these forums is going to be any better for a workload like this.
that's how 20k is getting spended https://imgur.com/a/oLCm6n7
10/10 he would invest crypto monies again
Are you guys @TorBox by any chance? South Africa + loads of storage + loads of bandwidth + AS13335
Yeah they are
Whats a justifiable amount of time to deliver services in case of this Servers?
And how Long you aim at to have your First Order (all Servers) delivered?
nice family photo
@RoyaleHosting for NL and @PureVoltage for US
Our current host did a DC migration which we were told would be 8hrs (midnight - 8am CET)
it's now almost 12hrs after the initial ETA and half our servers are still offline at 7:30pm CET
thankfully we've ordered a few servers from other providers and have been doing testing before we commit to a full move but this really sucks for our customers
you can tell us a week or a month and I would be happy as long as when the estimated delivery time comes around the servers are actually delivered and working. what irritates me is being told a timeline and then having that timeline blown again and again
all fair and reasonable until we get told that things will be delayed because everything is being tested before delivery only for the hardware to still be DOA when delivered without the provider ever noticing.
every time this has happened i spend at least a few hours trying to figure out what i'm doing wrong only to then be gaslit and told the hardware was tested and works to then get told hours/days later that the hardware is actually dead and i need to wait another few weeks for replacements
sure this is understandable once, twice, thrice, maybe even a fourth time but this happens almost every time
Wow that’s crazy. Please DM me we are in a position to assist you. We are in Phoenix AZ USA and I’m happy to put together a quote for you. We are quite stable.
Sent you all DMs/emails @1gservers @fiberstate @PureVoltage
Is this @RoyaleHosting
Yeah. I've avoided directly naming them but it seems everyone already knows.
We are -still- waiting for them to fix our networking and get us back online.
