The price seems alright, but with lower resource VPS, it all comes down to stability for me. Let me explain.
I have several really low-end boxes that I don't use for more resource-intensive tasks, websites, or anything that would require a bigger disk quota, memory, etc. But I prefer stability.
I mean, some network outage every now and then doesn't affect occasional VPN or socks5 proxy usage. However, I don't want, for example, my IRC bouncer jumping up and down, and so on.
It can also be useful to have a really low-cost idler, just waiting to be used when you need a different IP or something.
So, if you ask me, it's hard to say if you should keep it or terminate it. I'd keep it if it's super stable. In that case, a bit lower resources don't matter, simply because of the different use case. But if it's not stable, then it would need to go.
