Does that claim include network reliability? Since some days I have a VPS from you, but to be honest, network reliability isn't really there. Just had 1,5 hour of unreachability, but even beside that network is unreachable for short periods of time several times a day. Counting 8 times in the last 48 hours in IPv4 and 14 on IPv6 (measured from different hosts in the Netherlands)
Today an outage of 1H and 23 plus many others of a few minutes.
since January 10th my server continues to go down and up several times a day.
I also reset the vps to avoid that it was my fault.

Thanks for the feedback!
First off, the downtime of 57 minutes you experienced was due to one (of many we have) DWDM optics that has failed, towards one of our on-net datacenters, which ChunkServe makes use of. The set of DWDM optics that are failed have been swapped now for new ones. We are adding more redundancy for ChunkServe to this specific POP in the next 1,5 - 2 weeks. We are waiting on our Dark fiber supplier for a new 15,6km fiber.
Regarding the short outages you describe, that sounds bad, i am sorry you are experiencing this.
Could we ask you perhaps to reach out via email to support [at ] backbone [ . ] direct, so we can help diagnose any issues ?
If you can, include any information you have (i.e. traceroutes, IPv4/IPv6 address from both your VPS with Chunkserve as well as your ISP provided IPs or the IPs where you are connecting from, etc).

I do not understand the point of asking there 1 minute after replying on the ticket. Please, it will be more convinient to keep communication on the ticket. Thank you for your understanding. And replying to you - yes, it's already done - 5 minutes after I informed you that I started working on that!

To avoid some of the issues, we also ordered new routing stack. As @BackboneDirect said - another, independent fiber lines that we will utilise are going to be avaliable really soon and I can't wait for that
We're also introducing then backup points of reaching the world (multiple transit providers + IXes), hope that we can launch the new platform this month
