  Hi @BasToTheMax -- Correct, with our shared/reseller hosting platform we utilize JetBackup V5, which backs up to Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage. We do 30 day retention periods for all cPanel accounts

  Hi @BasToTheMax -- Do you see this in FastSpring? Make sure your country code on file with us is in Netherlands, and on the invoice page, select "PayPal" (even though you won't be using PayPal) and select "make one off payment" button. From there, you should be redirected to FastSpring and various payment options should appear including iDEAL.
