    Are the normal Tokyo/Hong Kong and China-Optimized Tokyo/Hong Kong servers different in terms of network connectivity? Can I get a test ip for both?

    One thing that seems a bit interesting / bizarre is that the VPS has a 10.0.0.0 IP and it seems connections to the external IP are rewritten. Not sure why they've done it that way, the only other time I've seen that done is with Oracle Cloud, so I'm guessing these might just be resold Aliyun cloud instances.
