With the discussion about CH going on and people really not wanting NL I've postponed the email for a few more days (possibly early next week?) while we try to get better feedback.
This threads either been super helpful or a dumpster fire of spam. Still, its given a lot of helpful feedback in regards to NL for BuyVM.

Is lux 100% going or can it be saved in someway? it would be a huge blow to see this go @Francisco
Id be happy to see CH as replacement but another NL location im not so sure would be worth while for me keeping personally as every provider seems to have this location already
Yes, it will "God willing" be replaced with CH on the buyvm side, and namecranes email thing might be NL.
+1 for CH also add something in Uruguay
At this point I take it as replacing LUX with CH is confirmed. It wouldn't make sense to go NL because lots of hosts offer services there and it would be difficult to compete: there's not much going for BuyVM except the LUX location, Law of the land and Fran.. CH will be the best choice besides staying in LUX.

Sure it's more likely because they have loads of sounds that are indistinguishable from each other to everyone else in the word, but they swear are different because one is 0.2ms shorter.
