    well, it won't work even if my usage is just 4GB and that is no high usage from any stretch.

    There is no way to divide account balance to VPS and VPN and that is a big issue.

    I went back and and tried a few things before I reply to your comment, it looks as though it may be an issue with my phone or web formatting or something, when I click on the offers on this site that you have there, and it takes me to the page with the offers on there I can't do anything nothing is clickable except for the filters and they don't do much, but if I refresh the page your page, then it works

    I haven't signed up to test out how the VPS works, so if I launch a VPS put my software on it, and then stop using it, is there any way to save the instance to come back and use it like digital ocean or have to start all over again

    If you choose a single location using build a plan, you get unlimited bandwidth. Effectively $1/month for a single location of choice.
