Very bad service, lots of problems. The server is often unavailable. The control panel works slowly, or does not work at all. Right now, I can't connect to my server in London.
If you paid with a Paypal Subscription, be sure to log into Paypal and remove it as the payment method. Otherwise you will be charged after 3 years (if you chose that originally). It will not update itself to 4 years.

Working in London. But the VPS was down for about 5 hours before that, and nothing worked. It's been back up for 50 minutes.
Network connection to London has been hit and miss for the 2 months i've been MassiveGrid, setup a uptime monitoring service from home to keep an eye on my domain early this morning...
Their customer service team has been responsive to me today about the issues. I've now asked for a refund though...
Not expecting to get it to be honest with you so will go down the PayPal route if I don't hear back. Will update if I have any success getting a partial refund directly...

They have only processed up to Dec 11. They are a month behind in processing requests. They haven't done any since Jan 6.
Yes I can confirm london network is f**ked up a alot.
