The party never stopped.,,,
Hopefully @dustinc see's all the buzz Alpine was generating here a day or 2 ago. I'd like to give it a try as well for its low resource usage on my next racknerd setup.
We are over due for a GA so deus can get it going again
so am I
Is alpine debian based?
Yeah, Alpine works really well & without all the bloat!
Its only getting crazier now that chitree is here!
I think we are all a little bit impatient in here
If dustin hears out your request and adds it as a supported image i'll try it out. I like the point and click too much. Dont want to talk to someone just to reinstall
You could always have support mount an ISO for you.
Nextcloud and Matrix servers run really well on Alpine. I have not tried it on the desktop yet, but will eventually.
That would be a great GA
Alpine is great. used it to revive a dead 128Mb VM a while ago. Non host supported images worked anymore. Fucking cool.
Where is an NVMe drive being given away?
Thats too much work for me. I just wana click a button and have it done already
This looks pretty cool!
Put it on your desktop PC w/ a gui front end? Or do you mean just putting it on a "desktop" pc?

high ambitions are good though
I hate typing on phones
hi to you
There you go! In the words of Borat, "It very nice!"
I remember when Apache was the king, but I also prefer nginx. There's also caddy, traefik, and HAProxy as other options.
