For most (all?) it was outgoing IPs showing. I’ve messaged @headfirst to see what I’m missing on his incoming comment.

Surely you must eat and sleep sometimes.
Is onlyoffice has been integrated? The demo account working fine, but my account got 404.
it's fun to see how bugs are eliminated and new features are added... that means when cranemail.eu is launched, it will be absolutely bug-free and powerful! @COLBYLICIOUS
We just come to EU and we'll have everything set.
and is designed to be privacy and data protection friendly for only around 79$ for 250GB lifetime.
Still working on the GDPR stuff
Francisco
GDPR sounds like EUdSSR
The customer service here cant be beat. Thank you
well... a little bit is still possible! not scolding is enough praise! the eu representation is still pending!
StartTLS should be happy on both 25 & 587
Let me know.

I can confirm it's working great.
I have 10 domains and I want to set up one email on each like contact@ and have all of them land in one inbox. I also want to be able to reply from the same ID without revealing the names of the other ids (like gmail's aliases do). Is that kind of setup possible with CraneMail?
Works fine
You could use domain aliases to point it all to 1 domain, and then in webmail it's like this:
Francisco
And if you send an email as franned-alias.it, the receiver would not know about franned.it email in the email headers or anything? (like the Signed-by section that shows up in Gmail).
Correct. It used to show the authed user header but that was removed a bit ago.

Which kind of account would I need, if I need approx. 10-15 emails accounts per domain, around 45 domains? I don't use much storage at all, less then 50GB.
And I have one account & domain with a shy bit over 1000 email accounts (special usecase; less then 50 emails sent/day).
Currently with MXRoute, just curious if I would fit into any plan with the crane!

Yeah if you need 45 - 50 domains then you'd do that, or grab a fitting reseller maybe.
Thanks @itgods

So is the browser the only way to use the file manager atm? And are files safe there or is the suggestion to encrypt anything private
For now yes. We're working with our dev to get rclone or our own WEBDAV implementation in place.
It'll be safe, but client side encryption is always a great idea.
Francisco
Just got 500G after my lifetime deal from another co just had another SSL issue and having reliable email access is so important... THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THIS GENEROUS OFFER!!!!!!
Thanks for the signup
Enjoy!

Been working with this offering and this is really good but could be OUTSTANDING with the below tweaks:
I do understand this is a new service that you are normalizing:
1. Enable/Disable each services individually.
Add users to be able to leverage the workspace without email.
Enable - chat - for support
Enable - File Storage - to upload XYZ....
Enable - Notes
Enable - Task
DISABLE - email
** (Edit User Page)**
**2. Need more response on **
OpenOffice is slow - Is this running on Apache or?
Online Meetings is slow - Is this running on Apache?
Caching resources ..... Need some more response to really push this prime time???
**3. Is there anything I need to be aware of on using the API?
**
I really want to integrate this into my software and use it........
Once again, I do understand this is a new service that you are normalizing, what is the roadmap????
Thanks for the signup, glad you're liking it so far.
Nope, those should be NGINX. Let me know or video record how you're notice it being slow.
Of those, SM only exposes these toggles:
We can ask them for the ability for total control of that but no ETA.
Francisco
Honestly, the easiest way I found to work with the API is to load up your browsers 'inspect' mode and just watch what requests it makes, and what the payload back/forth is, and headers attached.
SM's entire frontend uses the exact same API exposed. It's very type sensitive. It expects you to pass 'true/false', and not 1/0, for boolean, things like that.
Sometimes there's a `X-Smartermaildomain' header you have to attach to calls, but that isn't documented anywhere. I spent an hour or two trying to figure out one of the calls only to notice the added header which fixed it.
Overall it's fine to work with, but quirky like every API in the world.
Francisco
what is EAS?
Activesync.
