I have delayed that project because i still need to decide where to store the screenshots and if it's worth it.

I was thinking about that some more. ITs a pretty cool idea actually I thought. Way bakc machine relies on proper rendering of pages. This thing is pretty similar to what they have at libraries around here. There are old slides of photos of news papers and things. You can see things from the olden days.
The screen shot archiving captures things exactly how you would have seen it in the olden times (not considering browser render differences)
It is a really big amount of data though.. Im not sure how you would monetize it to keep it running out side of the wikipedia way of asking for money constantly. Would expensive to keep it up and running
