I joined their Discord server and posted the ticket number, and someone named Stepan Duda started responding to the ticket. Now that’s even more weird.
Holy sh*t, I just notice this post.
I bought their VPS on BF Mega Post because I thought it was one of the legendary $7/yr VPSs.
Later I realized that it was a NAT VPS, which I never heard of. Well, I thought it was not bad to learn something new. But it's been a month now, I still can't install Almalinux 8 on it.
At the very beginning, it was because that - they replied in my ticket, after a week - "Looks like the ISO keeps unmounting on reboot". Then there was no disk to install. Also, the network couldn't be connected.
This time my ticket was not responded for 9 days.
Four days ago, I opened a ticket to ask for a refund and was replied just now. In it, a guy assigned the ticket to another guy asking "is this proccessed or not?"
I don't have to refund, as long as it can work and let me study it a bit.
I hope they don't die because they're banned here...
They will Deadpool. Chargeback, open PP claim now.

They denied a refund for me because the servers had been running for over “14 days,” completely ignoring the fact that the ticket regarding provisioning issues was unanswered for 13 days. They are just stalling to deny refunds and resist chargebacks.
yes yes.. I was also denied a refund and the server was not even provided, I canceled the order after 7 or 9 days... surprisingly, in the ticket they asked me to prove that the server was not provided to me) funny guys.

It is easy put a screenshot with the ticket where you requested provision that is unanswered for more than 7 days and you will receive your money, at list this is what i did.
And regarding @Vojta702 i hope he didn't had an accident and we are mocking him like idiots
