All SSH script I use on all my other VPS successfully are not installing on this your VPS. Error I'm getting always [Failed to connect to raw.githubusercontent.com port 443: Connection timed out]. I have created ticket your reply was: We can offer you a refund a in store credit, which I don't understand and your website is no more accessible. I don't need any store credit what I just need is my $ back on my CREDIT CARD.

I have experienced same issue on many VPS I have purchased here and non of the technical supports ever fixed it until I get refunded. I don't want to waste my time on this similar subject again when there other VPS companies here I can divert my money to and will work for slowdns without the need of technical support messaging stress. If I can get my refund it will be more easier. I already observed that Not all VPS good for slowdns or SSH manager scripting
Never heard of slowdns to be honest, sounds like a better approach would be to ask by ticket if it is possible from a provider before buying in future

Sure, but not non-US customers.
Canada is not in your nexus nor is it a US State. Is Utah an origin sourced state even for digital products instead of the more common destination sourced? What accounting software do you use that by default was setup to charge state tax for non-US customers? That's not right.
If you do not like the sales tax, then you don't need to purchase anything. We report all of our sales to Utah and have discussed with our CPA's over this.
Contacting us via this thread is not going to help you, please make a ticket, you most likely have a config issue.

Got it. So we were confused.
Collecting tax for an area you don't have nexus/registration may be illegal.
I would double check with your accountant that they didn't misunderstand "country" and "county" when discussed because as I said, you're the ONLY company that has ever done this in my experience as a Canadian buying a shitload of US stuff. I can only wonder if Utah is an exception, but then that would be silly if they're trying to make collecting out of state taxes easier.
