vps.tc are scammers
very bad provider bought 2 servers when buying you can select centos7 for os wich i need for my program im gonna run i have other severs from other providers that have centos7 that work perfect but from vps.tc are so slow and centos7 install is broken and the wont allow reinstall avoid this provider costumer support is bad and they act like its costumers problem wtf 2 servers are unusable i opened ticket and ask for good reinstall they provided me with new logins but same issue exist when i then asked for a refund they say no and say its my problem i use centos7

CentOS 7 is EOL, why do people insist on continuing to use it?
Can you post screenshots of your ticket? I'm actually curious if VPS.TC are actually at fault or you just opened a ticket to yell 'SAAR I WANT CENTOS 7 OK reinstall REGUARDS' at them.
The email spamming software tutorial recommends you use it for best performance.

Could this be OS issue?
Reinstall to something modern, supported to see if ssh still takes 2 minutes to log in.
If not, it's OS issue and it's yours issue - those are unmanaged VPS-es and you manage the OS and software. If you decided to go old, dead system then you need to be able to make it work. You.
If still takes 2 minutes on modern, supported OS it could be provider issue and you should push for refund.
also can't you just fucking install centos 7 from iso yourself? :-D

Maybe stop, compose a full reply with everything you need to say in a calm and structured manner to be clear on the issue, more times when you are polite providers to the extra step for you, instead you seem to be full on rage mode.
Are you using some type of VPN when connecting to their servers, I have seen it more than once at times VPN's will route traffic all over the place, maybe provide some trace routes too.
nah why would i get trash servers im using lan i also dont understand why everybody says centos7 is trash lol its still useable i have 8 servers running with centos7 with other providers and the dont have any of this problems!

It's like you insist on installing Windows XP, but you can't use the update center, so you think it's the provider's fault.
You can try almalinux, it is not that different from centos7, it also uses yum to manage software packages

if i want to use xp today i can so stf
XP is insecure as fuck. Takes like 2 minutes for a machine connected to the internet to be infected with all sorts of viruses and malware.
You should uninstall all your network drivers on all your devices and never touch a computer again
