    I used the cPanel like 10 years ago. I didn't like it because of the cluttered UI, and at the same time I had a DA account where everything was simple. Since then I switched to DA only and I like that!

    cPanel. Direct admin the last I tried needs much more work.

    Yah, it's mostly luck-based. Also, depends on your nearest port or the port of entry.
