    My VPS (Estonia) was suspended as well. They advertised 24/7 very fast support, but that hasn’t been the case. They also claimed to provide a /64 IPv6 block, but it initially came with just one address. They did add more upon request, though it’s still not a /64—I do appreciate the effort. Both disk speed and IOPS are low. They didn't lie but should have been more transparent what kind of SSD it was. While the deal isn’t as good as others, the bandwidth makes up for it to some extent. I don’t mind the quality overall, but I can’t help feeling a bit misled. I really hope they make improvements moving forward.

    something really weird happened on my vps. after it was activated i noticed that my ssh dropped every minute and then failed to authenticate, i think my ip address is actually shared with some other vps lol

    So the issue still persists, he didn't fix it.
    He has a broken node and/or abuser on it.

    Despite that, you still keep users on that node.
    Ask for migration.
