We apologize for the confusion regarding our migration policies. Generally, we migrate VMs from one location to another, but we have sold a significant number of VMs in Bangalore. If we start accepting migration requests to different locations, it would be impossible for us to fulfill everyone's requirements. Additionally, we do not offer migration services during flash sales.
Due to my mistake (Balram), the flash sale transfer information was not communicated to our night shift staff, who mistakenly agreed to migrate the VMs. I sincerely apologize for this oversight.
