The server I purchased has been disconnected 4 times in the past 3 days, and it has been disconnected again for half an hour
We have one node in our cluster at the moment that is experiencing stability issues. It appears your VM was provisioned on that node. Send a ticket and we can migrate you off the node.
We've replaced the whole node at this point, but the issue persists, so we will be replacing the SSDs one by one this week, which will hopefully solve it. We have disabled the node at this time so no new orders will be provisioned on it.
Does anyone have a YABS from their VPS?
@DataWagon what are your fair share cpu core limits? Yabs please.
Currently, the limits are set at 70% average CPU usage over a 2 hour period.
Limits are often not enforced. Our system only enforces them if the host node is under high load.
Some clients have posted YABS in our other threads I believe.
Do you plan to support Private networking for Dedicated server and VPS?
Send us a ticket or PM with your exact use case and what you would like to see in the management panel. We've had a few requests, and plan to implement some sort of self-serve private network management for VPS.

Purchased it 1 month back. I'd say, it's really nice. You guys have a lot of potential. Also, please launch an EU location. I am waiting to switch to an EU location mostly because of better latency for the most part. And also introduce yearly plans!
