They were recently increased, and all existing customers got an increase as well (whether or not they noticed it, not sure).

Not yet. It's a solo project at the moment and I've got a lot on my plate, but seeing the responses here and the support for it has been encouraging.
Was really pushing before to have something ready by end of the year but some of the breeze was taken out of my sails in terms of progress around BF.
Also working on a different business, different niche / area. Some overlap but not sure it's of any interest to anyone here. So I've been quite busy in general.

Absolutely. Anything in our WHMCS. Domains, VPN, shared web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, email, dns, whatever.
The stability of IncogNET is beyond doubt, so I couldn't wait to renew for another year.

Just another brand / outlet for existing services and locations, but catering more towards startups with branding towards digital nomads / remote workers / entrepreneurs / etc.
Only options that may be available in that brand that isn't available via IncogNET would be Crossbox Suite (file sharing and colab, internal chat, video calls, etc), going to experiment with it some. That brand may have some options for VPS hosting that IncogNET won't, even if it's in the same locations / network, like vertical scaling or hotplug storage, high availability and load balancers. It's all still an early work in progress.
IncogNET will remain the parent company, it's just another outlet for resources and services we already offer but allows me to offer things to a different market that would never consider IncogNET for their needs because of the branding.
