yeah they seem to have pretty good coverage and everyone i talk to seems like they know what they are talking about. Love it! Its what sets rack nerd apart!

like what kind of issues? I usually setup apps this way if im running like a simple web service thats provided with a library im using. My app usually opens the sockets then i forward ngnix to that app
I've had to have them close a pending purchase as well as move a vps and it was fast both times as well. Sub 5minutes and i marked them both as low priority. Very rarely do i have something marked high. If i do high, i am fully expecting them to fix it before the page refreshes after hitting submit they are so fast
