had some issues with the website of the swedish tax agency, called them, waited for like 1-2 minutes before I got connected to a case manager who fixed it (it was on their side for this specific company) and told me it'll work in a few minutes. Just noticed it does work now.

I love when stuff just works smoothly like this.

Ahhh reminds me of me finding a security loophole that can generate lots of free money, no one answering the call and no reply from customer service, proceed to find the CTO on Linkedin and somehow that guy replied me and the bug is fixed within 24 hours.
