just a quick shoutout to Windscribe, using for prod stuff and never had a single issue, both Wireguard and OpenVPN support and very cheap given the quality

Currently a $39/yr sale, it's well worth it if you need a VPN I'd say. I'll be keeping mine for a long time.

@harrison said: So the analogy is like fried chicken=inflated chicken= inflated vps?

Similar to scalping, people are willing to pay high prices to buy limited promotional VPS from others to satisfy their vanity.

ok, "fried" means "inflated price". but why "chicken"?

The word for chicken is a homophone of the word for machine.

There's some services I consider so good that I don't actually dislike paying the renewal and seeing the money go, I look forward to renewal in some weird way, this is one of them for sure.

I just spent over 5 hours just to figure out what the rats pictures were about, ended up deep in a 150+ page rabbit rat hole, and learned how many deals I missed in just 48h. saaaad.

    And what are your findings?

    rat king loremaster here

xdd is a popular emote in the twitch community
xd is a funny skewed version of it i found a week ago and set as my profile picture and have been using in the megathreads often

@Saragoldfarb put her signature up for sale a few days ago so i paid 69 euro to have her put a link to an image of xd in it for a year (https://i.imgur.com/9mMw8jI.jpeg)

i then made an offer to @SilverCreek earlier today to change their profile picture to xd for 24 hours, they rebutted and said make it $50 and give it to a random LET user - so i paypal'd @lukast__ 50 euro ($52 usd) and they changed their profile picture

they then commented that if we can get a full page of people using as a profile picture commenting on the megathread they'll put 2 more 6/6/66 in stock with the code TEAM-RAT

    then shit hit the fan

My oh my! what a rollercoaster ride

Well I will wait for owner Lloyd's decision, if not possible then I just don't join, it is not like I will miss out anything

In contrast, just look at how many MJJ come over to LET instead of the opposite. My goal is to bridge the gap and reduce misunderstanding, but all good if not possible.

just a quick shoutout to Windscribe, using for prod stuff and never had a single issue, both Wireguard and OpenVPN support and very cheap given the quality

Wish I had taken up their lifetime plan back in the day.

Yeah, I use them for "real prod" for some containers that need to access geo-restricted APIs. This way I can migrate however I please without having to check if we can still use the APIs from those countries. It has never failed me.
