I opened a ticket yesterday mentioning the packet loss I was seeing and they told me they were aware and apparently it's with their upstream (and waiting for a fix, due to holidays I'm guessing).
Hopefully should straighten itself out in the next week or so.
It is a manual process please wait for me to do it
