I buy cheap one's for like $40-50, and then buy a new one every 6-7 months since I like changing it every so often (switches, overall design, feel, etc). Also cleaning a mechanical keyboard is kind of annoying.

  I can get up to 150-160 wpm, but not really used to Typeracer.

  Well I type on mostly laptop keyboard and then cheap ~$20 keyboard, I generally have no preference because my typing speed is close enough to my thinking speed, anything more doesn't yield better result unless somehow my thinking speed improve also
