Why was the Singapore VPS I purchased from "0WebHost" actually issued to me an American machine?

Do ping, mtr, tracert tests.... IP DBs aren't that reliable can be a geofeed update pending.
I have tried pinging it from another Singapore machine but there is 200ms delay

Mine is the same. I bought a Singapore node, but the one that activated it for me is an American machine. I have sent a simple inquiry, but haven't received a response yet.
The IP info may be not accuracy. SG node may be out of stock.
