No idea what was intended, but it's fairly common for flash deals to have very different specs to the regular deal specs. Sometimes things are much better, sometimes a little worse, sometimes just a gimmicky value (e.g. the 6/6/66 or 5555 deals from other providers) - it's just something to differentiate them.

Bandwidth is often something that's very generously increased for such deals because the reality is that people go nuts over a 10TB deal instead of a 1TB deal, but probably will still only use 0.5TB in reality. Other things like disk space or RAM (and to a lesser extent extra vCPU) will actually impact how many VPS they realistically can deploy on the hardware available, but network traffic can be shaped to fit whatever they have.
