Let's analyse things point by point.
Your money was never taken, it is a pre-authorisation this means we did not receive it and you did not lose it, it is automatically released by your bank if the provider i.e. Dasabo does not accept the transaction.
Moving on, the reason for the blocking of your account is that you have entered false data for the registration of your account, this leads to a violation of our ToS (Which you accepted during the registration phase) and a violation of the European KYC regulation.
For these reasons, you are prohibited from purchasing our services in the future.
