As I said build my own from scratch, I am in mood of making saas these days any recommendations you got or anything that you are trying to solve that could have been solved by a software but its not yet there or present in the market ?
those are actually nothing special just some code stuck together
this year my goal is to become proficient in them and look out for some jobs too
Oh great. I have had plans for SaaS in the past as well. I still have a project which could be suitable for SaaS. Might just reignited it and try. There are readymade solutions which can saas up any script. But, I wanna do them on my own.

probably will code it since it might be easier to code them at smaller level rather than integrating with other services

Well generally the video hosting bandwidth on Frankfurt and Germany side might be cheaper since there is low cost of bandwidth there
There is something names domain mod that trk mentioned thats free and you can self host them
if on laravel there are few packages to help you with. They have everything including billing setup and what not.
I might also require a very good server to handle transcoding, cause HTML based media players for browsers, I believe aren't exactly reliable to limit transcoding, if I am not wrong.

can it compete with domainmod? there are few commercially available domain managers if i remember correctly and they are pretty good at what they do.
