Dunno, if I got a message saying provider was cancelling my deal, I wouldn't message support begging for a new deal, I'd just change provider. Seems to me that MJJ's would be more likely to raise a ticket about it.
But I didn't follow the drama too much as it was while I was away on holiday for a month, so I probably missed some nuance in the story while I skim-read everything.
