I'm more concerned about email cost. Everytime I quote a comment like this, everyone in the chain is mentioned. If email notification were enabled for comments (not by default), that would send out massive batches.

Yes. I transferred mine to @dev_vps before. There's a provider transfer fee iirc.
they're always restocking the $15 per year deals in their thread, usually once every couple weeks in atleast 1 location
