Oh yes, I am up for that.
yeah we are starting to attract all of LET slowly
Oh yes, refresh your memories, before the year end and what not.
redudant monitoring sites too! I want to spin up an instance of a low cost monitring/uptime system on all my servers
Hope the hype stays the same or better in the NY.
What's that. Been hearing that for quite some time now on the thread.
Already hitting another page since you got here noob
things are accelerating quickly
Diablo.....
i need to find the papers i wrote on, but someone was talking about an open source uptime thing they use for their VPS. I wanted to check it out.
Theres also Zabbix(?) but i heart thats very complex but very custoizable
nice. Diablo 2 and dialbo 1 is where it was att. Lots of fun was had on that on battle net
Oh yes, I am all for it. Got one more day to hype vigorously.
Oh, I have no idea about these. Lot to learn.
BTW< how many entries do you guys have currently on https://lowendbox.com/blog/lets-celebrate-the-winter-solstice-with-awesome-deals-and-a-free-bonus-code-for-racknerds-giveaway/ ?
Instead of setting up uptime monitors on each vps, why not host one on fly or something.... I do that for my uptime node.
its really not nessecary for non production and idle vps but just a fun thing to setup and look at at the very least
Also, any Bloodborne fans here?
i can check that one out. I dont have any at the moment
Oh, I see what app do you recommend best for that?
Ah and googling that reminded me of the other. Uptime Kuma! I need to check it out though. I really dont know much about it, someone mentioned it and i had yet to see how it works
Ahh, I see. Might have to set em up when I have more VPSes to monitor, Ig.
Good luck, if you are able to do that try uptimekuma or statusnook. Imma setup one more but with beszel to monitor resources across my nodes :}
Googled almost every name thrown here in the last minute or so. Am I right in assuming, Beszel is the most lightweight among them all?
Beszel and statusnook both in go but different, one is uptime monitor other is resource monitor.
page 512 go go go
we want more giveaways go go go go go go
Thanks for that, Beszel seems really easy to setup as well. Gotta try this soemday. I always thought these monitors are really hard to setup.
I was looking at something that does a little of both. Zabbix and nagios are what i am more aware of. You use beszel and kuma?
Hey, dude, don't see a lot of you these days. What's up?
welcome back codelock, miss seeing ya at the parties from the BF thread
work sadly , lot of work
